Logging in - Student
Logging in with 365
If you are a Leeds Conservatoire student you should now use Microsoft Office 365 to login. Click on the pink 'Microsoft 365' button and it will take you to Microsoft Office 365 to login. (If you have another Microsoft 365 account and are logged in with that, you should log out of 365 and login with your Leeds Conservatoire account - it always ends with @lcm.ac.uk). If you are already logged into Microsoft 365 on your browser, it will log you straight into Space.
Lost Password? (student)
If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log into Microsoft Office 365 and are within the Conservatoire please visit the IT department in 339 on the third floor with your ID card.
If you're outside of the Conservatoire, please call the IT Service desk on 0113 386 1999 where you will be asked some questions to confirm your identity where upon you will be issued a new password.
Logging in - Staff
Logging in with 365
If you are a Leeds Conservatoire member of staff (including Luminate) you should now use Microsoft Office 365 to login. Click on the pink 'Microsoft 365' button and it will take you to Microsoft Office 365 to login. (If you have another Microsoft 365 account and are logged in with that (eg a Luminate one), you should log out of 365 and login with your Leeds Conservatoire account - it always ends with @lcm.ac.uk). If you are already logged into Microsoft 365 on your browser, it will log you straight into Space.
Lost Password? (staff)
If you know your password but it has expired log into the Outlook Web App here and you will be prompted to enter a new password.
If you don’t know your password and are in the Conservatoire please visit the IT department in 339 on the third floor with your ID card and a new one will be issued.
If you are outside of the Conservatoire please phone HR, once some security checks have been run a new password will be issued directly by IT, or call IT on 0113 386 1999.
Are you a Leeds Junior Conservatoire student?
If you are a Leeds Junior Conservatoire student you may not need a password reset. Please try logging in to the dedicated Leeds Junior Conservatoire Space here first : ljc.leedsconservatoire.ac.uk
